ABOUT US
The Sheffield Healing Centre is a voluntary group who administer Holistic Healing, laying on of hands, absent healing and counselling. The group was founded in 1973 by Mr. Ron Kilby. (Go to 'How We Began').
We do not charge for healing; it is free so we ask for a donation only. It costs £4 per healer each session for parking. Registration and insurance costs are £78 per annum and hire of the room is £1250 per annum etc. On top of all this there are other expenses such as petrol, printing etc.
The Sheffield Healing Centre is accepted by the British Medical Association, the EEC and on the American Continent. We visit hospitals and doctors' surgeries to give talks to doctors and nursing staff. Group talks and demonstrations can be arranged. The service is free but donations are invited to cover expenses.
Some of the healers do other therapies such as Foot Massage, Indian Head massage but we only do healing at the centre. If we go out privately then we charge, we have to! Ron also gives healing to horses in the Hope Valley.
All healers are insured and are registered with Yorkshire Healers, the Pilgrim Healers, the International Healing Association and the National Federation of Spiritual Healers.
